Prior to my role at Smart Building Solutions, I was Head of Customer Success at Onsemble helping the building community improve their recommendations to homeowners and project oversight to teach installers innovative renovation standards.

Before Onsemble, I was a Director for Sonoma Clean Power. Responsible for design build, and guiding the operations and progress of the Advanced Energy Center in downtown Santa Rosa. In addition, I oversaw Sonoma Clean Power's "Lead Locally" grant research project, which aims to develop strategies to double energy efficiency in existing buildings. Both efforts are aimed at helping the public learn about, test, and adopt the latest and most effective energy-saving technologies.
